§ 1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed through the website at https://hannajuszczak.pl (the “Site”) is:

[TO FILL: company name / full name]
[TO FILL: registered address — street, postal code, city]
NIP (tax ID): [TO FILL: NIP]
REGON: [TO FILL: REGON, if applicable]
Contact e-mail: [TO FILL: e-mail address]

For any matter relating to the processing of personal data, please contact the controller at the e-mail or postal address above.

§ 2. Purposes and legal bases

Personal data of Site users is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Handling the contact form — in order to respond to an enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with the user).
  • Analytics and traffic statistics — in order to improve the Site and measure the effectiveness of its content. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by accepting analytics cookies).
  • Protection against form abuse (Google reCAPTCHA v3) — in order to verify that an enquiry comes from a human. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
  • Technical error monitoring (Sentry) — in order to detect and fix faults on the Site. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller). Sentry is configured not to collect personal data by default (sendDefaultPii: false).

§ 3. Cookies

The Site uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device. We use two categories:

  • Essential (technical) cookies — required for the Site to work correctly (for example, remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) — these allow us to measure traffic on the Site. They load only after consent is given in the cookie banner. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing browser storage, or by revisiting the Site after removing the hj-cookie-consent-v1 key from localStorage.

You can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time, including blocking them entirely. Such restrictions may affect how some features of the Site work.

§ 4. Data recipients

Users' personal data may be entrusted to the following processors:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA) — established in Ireland. Transfers outside the EEA are made on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Functional Software Inc. dba Sentry — established in the USA. Transfers outside the EEA are made on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses.
  • [TO FILL: SMTP mail provider, e.g. super-host.pl] — for sending e-mail messages from the contact form.
  • Storyblok GmbH — content management system (CMS). Storyblok does not process personal data of the Site's end users.

§ 5. Retention periods

  • Contact form data: until the correspondence has concluded and any potential claims have become time-barred.
  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): as configured in GA4 — 14 months by default.
  • Error logs (Sentry): 30 days, in line with Sentry's retention policy.

§ 6. Your rights

Every data subject has the following rights:

  • the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy of it,
  • the right to rectification of your data,
  • the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”),
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing, including profiling,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal),
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: [TO FILL: e-mail address].
